Abstract

In today & dynamic business world, organizations face the constant challenge of optimizing their workforce and ensuring fair compensation practices. To address this critical need, the Comprehensive Compensation Prediction System (CCPS) emerges as a revolutionary solution, offering a data-driven approach to employee compensation prediction.
