Abstract

The classification of finite simple groups is one of the most significant achievements in modern mathematics, providing a comprehensive list of building blocks for all finite groups. This paper explores the properties of finite groups and simple groups, details the classification of finite simple groups, and highlights their applications in cryptography and coding theory.
