The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of information technology capability on knowledge management capability, the influence of information technology capability on organisational performance, the influence of knowledge management capability on organisational performance, and the indirect impact of information technology capability on organisational performance through knowledge management capability in PT. "XXX" Pharma, Tbk. The research is based on the understanding of the interconnectedness between information technology cap. The present study utilised a quantitative
approach, employing both explanatory and survey methodologies. The process of data collection involved the distribution of a questionnaire to a sample of 44 respondents, which was selected using the purposive random sampling technique. The data processing was performed using route analysis, utilising the IBM Predictive Analytic Software (PASW) version 24. The empirical evidence suggests a statistically significant and positive correlation between the capability of information technology and the capability of knowledge management. Additionally, there is a positive and significant impact of information technology capability on organisational performance. Furthermore, knowledge management capability is found to have a positive and significant effect on organisational performance. Lastly, it is observed that information technology capability positively and significantly influences organisational performance through its impact on knowledge management capability.
