In this study, we analyzed the impact of foreign ownership on the performance of Moroccan companies during the COVID19 crisis. The analysis was based on the study of the performance of companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange on the basis of the criterion of foreign participation. The methodology
deployed made it possible to compare local companies with foreign companies during the period from 19- 11 to 19/06, we found a comparability of performance between the two groups of companies.
